In
late 2005, Pat flew to Detroit to attend the "Motor City
Radio Reunion", a gathering of every air personality
who ever worked there on any station. (Pat worked on the air in his
home town of Detroit for 5 years before moving to New York in 1973).

Prior to the event, Pat hosted a radio show on WOMC, Detroit's Number
One Oldies Station. During the course of his show, Pat was given the
OK to play whatever music he wanted (which included rarely played
Motor City smashes by Richard
and The Young Lions, The Rationals,
Gino Washington, Tim Tam and The TurnOns
and more, while visiting with a non-stop line of Detroit
Radio Legends.
